My grandmother – Carmen Elena- used to live in New York City when she was 15. If you ask her at the right time, she’ll tell you all the best stories of a fortunate girl enjoying a magical city.

I love every time she talks about it, because for me living in the city where my grandmother used to live 50 years ago and where she and my grandfather met and had adventures together, just seems amazing.

This is a purse she used to go out with. I found it in her closet and decided to take it for a walk! its my favorite find…. different and chic! I love it!
